This is a binding agreement between you and Lexington Electronic Recycling (“us,” “we,” “LER”, or “Company”). Lexington Electronic Recycling (“LER”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is in the business of collecting, handling, transporting, dismantling, disposing, and recycling of electronic waste in a safe and socially responsible manner consistent with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations (“Services”). Clients may use LER’s website (“Website”) to provide LER with information necessary for LER to perform its Services.

By using of our Services or Website, you agree to be bound by and to abide by these Terms of Use, as they may be amended by Company from time to time in its sole discretion. Amended Terms of Use are effective upon being posted. Company will post a notice on its website any time these Terms of Use have been materially changed or otherwise updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically, and if at any time you find these Terms of Use unacceptable, you must immediately leave the Website and cease all use of the Services and the Website.

Company’s Privacy Policy is expressly incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. By using our Website or Services you consent to the terms within LCR’s Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without reference to their rules regarding conflicts of law. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in Fayette County, Kentucky in all disputes arising out of or related to the use of the LCR’s Services or Website.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law providing a longer period, any claim arising out of or related to use of the Service or Website or the Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arises or be forever banned.
